Overall responsible for operation activities including documentation, shopfloor / Shift management with input planning and output monitoring and keep raising standards.
- Overall hands on exposure for general production activities at all plant sections including input planning, output monitoring, shift management at management discretion, coordinating various operational issues in a cross functional manner, practicing GMP, ISO, FDA, etc documentations, effective utilizations of inputs including activities, Excipients, packing materials etc., timely dispatch for such orders to maintain ZERO hold up and generating reports on hourly basis, maintain documents as required under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, maintaining overall productivity, train and get trained by peers and subordinates in areas of expertise.
- Continuous reductions of spares, utility costs and plant consumables / inputs.
