A person who single handedly from a scratch created an empire, from Universal Pharmaceutical Group to Unijules LifeSciences Ltd., in a journey of 45 years he has been a backbone of all the ventures Unijules Group has endeavoured into. Rightly called the father of pharmaceutical business in Vidarbha, Shri Z S Vali is a pioneer and master in the business of medicines in all sectors of society. His administrative skills, eagles’ eye approach, time-management capability, trouble-shooting capacity and indepth knowledge of pharmaceutical business makes him the most dynamic person to work with.

A man with his wit and wisdom has taken Unijules to greater heights. Known in the group of having enormous marketing acumen, great team building, retention and decision-making capacity, he has not only established the group in India but has attracted companies’ through-out the world to tie-up with the group. In the journey from Universal Pharmaceutical Group to Unijules  Life Sciences Ltd, he had been a nucleus.

A man with a great vision for growth, strategy for achievement, huge acumen and foresight for business development in India as well as abroad. During his presence group has shown promising growth in its overall capacity and turnover in the past decade. A person who through his vision and technical expertise has given pharmaceutical industry impressive product range including "FIRST TIME IN INDIA" formulations & products based on hi-tech multi-particulate technology rarely manufactured by top pharmaceutical companies in India. A man known to be master of pharmaceutical business, has indepth knowledge of production and manufacturing skills of all dosage forms including solid, semi-solids, liquid, paranterals and contrast media. His experience of administration, marketing, and especially production skills makes him the most calculative pharmaceutical businessman the industry has ever seen.

A man with 30 years of experience and in depth knowledge of every aspect of Pharmaceutical business. Created tremendous good will among regulatory and statutory environment due to strength of character and solidity of relationship.  A person with non compromising attitude towards T.Q.M has made Unijules a force in pharmaceutical industry in Central India. His manufacturing expertise and acumen in all dosage forms specially in Semi-solids, Liquid Orals, External products and Powders have resulted in many unique formulations on the company product list and continues to be a driving force in maintaining business pipe line.
