Description:
Maligon-AL powder for suspension is a fixed dosne composition of two antimalarial drug with INN names artemether and lumefantrine. Fixed dose combination offers additional important advantages over the free composition of such drug. First, it facilitates compliance, and secondly, by preventing the patients from taking either drug alone, it helps to prevnent the development of resistant Plasmodium strains.

Composition:
Each 5ml after reconstitution contains
Artemether            15.0 mg
Lumefantrine        90.0 mg

Indication:
Acute, uncomplicated malaria caused by P. falciparum in areas of multi-drug resistance.
