Metal Foundries across the world use 2 major process for making moulded products, No Bake process & Bake process.
No Bake Process
The process involves preparing the paste of adhesive, sand and forming material. This paste is poured in the Core and left to set and harden. Once it is hard, the mould is removed from the core.While the Core is emptied, some residue sticks to the walls of the core and spoils the shape and accuracy of the core . This adhesive is very difficult to clean and has to be scraped off by hand thus scratching the core and affecting the finish of the core.We have developed a product which solves this problem cleanly and effectively. It saves time and reduces rejections hence is economicalRU Cores (CP) liquid for cold process is a water based, non hazardous, non flammable liquid. It is environment friendly with minimal ammonia content. It just required spraying the liquid on the core, wetting it properly, wait for 5 minutes and wipe off the adhesive. That’s it! No scraping, scratching required.
Note: U Cores (CP) is non flammable in nature
IN Bake Process, the only difference to the process is that the paste is compressed into the core and baked to form a hard mould. Here the adhesive sticking on the surface of the core gets burnt and leaves a hard to clean residue.
RU Cores(HB) Liquid for Hot Bake process is a hydrocarbon based product which can remove this residue without the need for scraping or sanding and thus retain the shape and size accuracy of the core.
